“Beyond Grüner Veltliner” was the topic of the online tasting organised by Austrian Wine together with the Belgian wine school WineWise. Students had the opportunity to get to know the diversity of grape varieties in Austria. The tasting was led by Sybille Troubleyn, DipWSET wine academic and Master of Wine Frank Smulders.
The sommeliers and WSET students received a wine package with a total of 12x 0.1l small bottles in advance and could take part in the tasting online. In addition, the tasting was saved on the WineWise LifeLong Learning platform, which allows the participants to revisit the content at a later date too.
