The wine list competition Star Wine List was already a great success in the Nordic countries in the past. Now the search for the “Star Wine List of the Year” was held worldwide.

“Last year when we looked at our partnerships we decided that this was one we wanted to be more involved, as it supports all great restaurants around the world during these troubled times. It also celebrates excellent wine lists, which is both an art and a science”, explains Chris Yorke, why it is so important that Austrian wine is included.

“We invoke all partners in the wine industry to work with us to further develop and support the sommelier and restaurant community - especially after the difficult times which they have experienced”, emphasizes Krister Bengtsson from Star Wine List.
