International broadcasting event with Austrian Wine Ambassador Sosuke OKADA / Restaurant Ginza Soseki, Tokyo. Sosuke Okada presented a defined set of sushi dishes accompanied by a variety of Austrian wines. About 145 guests took part in this exciting pairing journey and discovered why Austrian wine is the ideal partner for Sushi.

Austrian Wine proves once again during this inspiring online broadcast how well it is combined with Japanese dishes and especially with sushi

For this purpose, Sosuke Okada selected from his book "Boundless: Pairing Austrian Wines with Japanese Sushi & Kaiseki Cuisine" sushi dishes known and available worldwide, which he will combine with Austrian wines. Per dish one wine is presented that pairs very well with it.
