If an intended manner of use is not covered by the Licensing Terms (in particular printing items, for use in films, on posters or for book projects), you may request that Austrian Wine grant an express, written Right to Use the Works for a specific manner of use. These rights are granted at the sole discretion of Austrian Wine and may be made contingent on further terms and conditions.

The Licensee is obligated to clarify any ambiguities regarding whether a particular use is permitted and/or the correct citation with Austrian Wine before use/publication.

In the event that these Licensing Terms are infringed by the Licensee, the Right to Use the Works is also automatically revoked without any further action required from Austrian Wine.
