Handpicked and selected from the Haid and Pannau vineyards, the grapes from the Pannau vineyard were fermented spontaneously, the Haid vineyard was fermented classically with pure yeast, aged in steel tanks, first bottling at the end of January 2022; main bottling April 2022.

Smell

Grüner Veltliner typical of the region, fruity pear and peppery-spicy aroma

Taste

dry, balanced acidity, medium alcohol, good length

Roast pork, chicken fillet, smoked char, avocado mozzarella salad, sheep's cheese, spinach lasagne, asparagus, melanzani rolls with couscous
