Loam-loess soil, age of the vines 15-25 years;

Information on maturation

Maceration in steel tanks, after pressing storage and malolactic fermentation in large wooden barrels, in March 2019 Zweigelt and Merlot were blended in a ratio of 45:55 and matured further in large wooden barrels until bottling in August 2019.

Smell

Fruity, cherry, wild and blackberry

Taste

Clove on the palate, rounded tannin, classically matured, medium alohole content. Vegan wine.
