Information on location and soil

Wadenthal is our favourite site, not only for tasting reasons but also to enjoy the magnificent view over our Wagram wine region. We are happy to share our love with all the bees and butterflies living there. This is biodiversity! The vines grow in a very unique microclimate on deep Loess soils with some gravel on top. Wadenthal wines are complex delights, truly an expression of their home.

Taste

Picture-perfect Riesling. Peach, very fine peach, combined with elegant lime and aromas of yoghurt and biscuit. Very juicy, still vibrant on the palate. Substantial Löss character with nice Riesling minerality and juniper spiciness in the end.
