Close to Lake Neusiedl, grown on clay and gravel. Very complex grapes with lots of minerality and taste, as there are more than 300 sunny days per year in Burgenland/Lake Neusiedl area.

Information on maturation

Harvested Dec. 2nd, 2017 at -7°C temperature and immediately pressed in a frozen state - therefore the light-pink color (as the red color remain frozen in the skins of the grape and couldnt get into the wine). 96 Points

Smell

Taste

Fruity character and taste to Cassis and Cherries. Good structure and balanced sweetness/acidity. A very fine sweet wine with the freshness of a white and the warmth/body of a red wine!
