Taste

Feminine body, fully ripe black berries, spices of pepper and coffee-chocolate praline, wonderful extract sweetness, ripe, velvety tannins, silky texture. Very long and complex. Supported by a delicate chocolate kiss.

Food recommendation

Goes with dark, hearty meat dishes such as venison, steak or also lamb.
