Information on maturation

Fermented and matured on the lees for 18 month in 225 and 300 liter barriques, first and second filling

Smell

Pure concentration. A truly monumental, enormously rich Pinot Gris. Deep and mineral. Plenty of dried fruit like prune, apple peel, and fig that are accompanied by sweet nougat.

Taste

Never voluptuous, but firm and full of drinking pleasure. With aeration melted butter and fresh brioche come to mind along with candle wax and shell limestone. Decant and give it plenty of time

Food recommendation

With braised veal, venison and feathered game
