Zweigelt was handpicked and selected, maceration in steel tanks, after pressing storage and malolactic fermentation in large wooden barrels (1400L and 450L).

Smell

Delicate, dark berry confit, some tobacco spice, fruity sweetness of heart cherries.

Taste

Fresh cherry fruit is underlaid with spicy notes, a hint of meadow herbs, plum touch, kumquat sounds. Medium body, fresh structure, red berry fruit on the finish.
