The warm and calcareous gravel soils in Tattendorf and the Pannonian winds give this single vineyard its character

Information on maturation

Low yield, hand picking and berry sorting. Aged in wooden barrels, 1/3 of which - in new barriques and 2/3 - in 2nd/3rd filling barriques for at least 12 months.

Taste

Lively fruit, fine wood, compact and dense with soft tannins, nice length and balance.

Perfect with mature mountain cheese and white mold cheese, game and wild poultry
