Information on location and soil

Soil consists of limey sand stone of the Flysch-zone. The vineyards have greencover, which is opened only at extreme drought.

Information on maturation

the grapes have been destemed and squeezed and fermented with 28°C for 20 days in stainless steel tanks. Storage took place in 80% stainless steel and 20% used barriques, after 3 months the wine was bottled.
