from old vines around Gösing am Wagram with calcareous, iron-rich gravel-sand soil and calcareous, sandy loess soil, altitude 300-350 m, orientation south/south-east, south-west

Information on maturation

The ripest berries were gently fermented for around 1 month on the skins in our stoneware (ceramic) vats, then pressed and matured for 3 years in a large wooden barrel with the addition of small amounts of sulphur.
