Information on location and soil
The vineyard "Hausweingärten" is located in the neighbouring commune Loidesthal. The soil consists of a solid layer of Chernozem (black earth) bedded on loamy silt. Both the nearby March (river) and the continental climate have an influence on the wines that thrive there.
Information on maturation
Harvested by hand and destemmed. Fermented at 17 °C (63 °F) in stainless steel tank.
Smell
The bright green-yellowish color and the typical bouquet, as well as a delicate peach nose, are what characterize this wine.
