Langenloiser Spiegel (single vineyard): clayish loess soil with excellent water-keeping capacity

Information on maturation

only grapes of red wine from the best single vineyards are used for this cuvée. After about 3 weeks of skin contact the wine is pressed an stored in 300lt barrique barrels at excellent conditions until the best to trink-peak is achieved.

dark chocolate and wild berries

Taste

a very round, balanced and dense red rine, which shows nevertheless an elegant fruit
