Smell

Yellow fruit reminiscent of ripe apricot and apple tart with a touch of dandelion blossom. Very harmonious and inviting. With aeration notes reminiscent of white praline appear.

Taste

Incredibly elegant and vibrant on the palate. Offers marvellous drinking pleasure.

Outstanding with delicately braised meats, duck or pâté.
