Smell

Plenty of Sauvignon spice! Ripe, yellow lemon peel and a touch of fennel and white asparagus. Really opens in the glass with aromas of ginger and juniper berries completing the pronounced bouquet.

Taste

Fleshy, juicy mouthfeel with splendid spice lingering on the long, flavourful finish.

Food recommendation

Particularly good with strong fish, risotto or pasta.
