The Cru Lehendorf is a very sparse site with a big proportion of „Seewinkel“-gravel. Excatly this stones are the reason for the lean and mineral driven flavour profile of this Welschriesling.

Information on maturation

Gently pressed, fermented under controlled temperatures in tanks with short maturation on the fine lees, no malolactic fermentation.

Food pairing: as starter or just as refreshing glass of wine without food, roasted asparagus, grilled fish from lake Neusiedl and Viennese Schnitzel.
