heavy iron rich loam - on 250m-300m altitude - slightly exposed to south, the age of the vines is between 40 and 50 years

Fermented in open barrels and open vats - mash contact for about 30 days - punshed down by hand very gently
Taste
Rooted deep in the soil, the vines acquire minerality and spiciness. And they enjoy the Fall sun into late October, which ultimately gives to the grapes a very special dark berry flavour and especially soft, lengthy tannins.
