Information on location and soil
The vineyard "Hausweingärten" is located in the neighbouring commune Loidesthal. The soil consists of a solid layer of Chernozem (black earth) bedded on loamy silt. Both the nearby March (river) and the continental climate have an influence on the wines that thrive there.
Information on maturation
Harvested by hand and destemmed. Fermented at 18 °C (64 °F) in small tank.
Food recommendation
Our Goldburger is also excellent for bottle aging, while the citrus flavor is increasingly in the foreground.
