This year, Austrian Wine travelled together with many winegrowers to Canada to present their wines at a walk around tasting in Montreal and at many side events across the country.
In cooperation with Advantage Austria Toronto and Sopexa, Austrian Wine organised an Austrian Tasting in Montreal, Canada. This gave both, wineries present on the market and wineries seeking for representation, the opportunity to present their wines to Canadian wine professionals such as sommeliers, jpurnalists and trade representatives. In addition, a masterclass for a selected group of press delegates was organised before the walk around tasting to report about the latest Austrian wine news and trends. Side Events
To leverage the Austrian Tasting, many side events together with the bar and restaurant scene in Montreal have been organised. Restaurant and bars opened their doors and offered food pairings and Austrian wines on their menus throughout the week, giving customers the opportunity to meet the winemakers in person.
Moreover, to retarget guests from the previous Austrian Tasting Ontario, the online edition, Austrian Wine travelled to Toronto to conduct an in-depth masterclass for the professional wine audience with John Szabo MS and Roman Horvath MW as speakers, followed by a meet and greet with 16 winegrowers.

The Licensee shall indemnify and hold Austrian Wine harmless from all third-party claims (in particular from copyright holders) resulting from an infringement of these Licensing Terms. In the event that these Licensing Terms are infringed by the Licensee, the Right to Use the Works is also automatically revoked without any further action required from Austrian Wine.
