Every year, the Rolling Pin.Convention attracts around 8,000 trade visitors from the gastronomy, sommellerie and bar scene. This year, Austrian Wine was also present as an exhibitor with 15 winegrowers who presented their wines over two days.
The Austrian Wine Masterclass on the topic “Blaufränkisch - First and Foremost!”, which took place on Monday, September 25, from 5 to 5.40 pm on the Wine.Stage, was particularly exciting. Willi Schlögl and Johannes Schellhorn (bar Freundschaft, Berlin) presented Austrian wines as part of a masterclass and offered trade visitors a unique opportunity to expand their knowledge about the wines.
