Even in unusual times the ÖWM is working on new, now digital events. After several successful events of this format from Russia to Scandinavia and North America, the first online round table in German language was held on the topic "Forgotten Grape Varieties". 12 experts from the German speaking wine scene tasted 6 Austrian wines together. Among other things, they asked themselves the following questions: What potential do grape varieties such as Neuburger, Zierfandler and Co. have? How open is the consumer to discover these grape varieties? And which dishes go well with these wines?
